How will my order be shipped?

Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post and will be processed and shipped within one-two business days of order placement.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally.

What is your payment options?

Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card, Afterpay

What is your delivery options?

  • Australia Post Standard Parcel 1-6 business days

  • Australia Post Parcel Express 1-3 business days

Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately not at the moment.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear this - let's get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We are online everyday and here to help. Make sure you have your order number, email address, clear photos of the fault on hand to help us provide you with a quick resolution.

Can I change items?

Due to the popularity of our range, we are unable to hold items for exchange. We will however do our best to accommodate your request as listed on your exchange form. Where the item that you have requested for an exchange is out of stock, a credit note or refund will be issued.

What is your privacy policy?

Please be aware that your contact details and order history is stored on our database, however we DO NOT store your credit card or other payment details.

What is your return policy?

  • Item(s) can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Buyer pays return shipping and will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the items to Milena_PR. It is advisable to return the package via a traceable postage service. Milena_PR will not be liable for any lost returns.

  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, shoe boxes.

  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Item(s) sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

  • Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings, bralettes, jewellery, swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, unless they are faulty.

  • Please keep in mind refunds/exchange will not be granted on items on sale, or items purchased during a promotional period, unless in the event of a manufacturer's fault.

  • Please keep in mind 'damage' may include the presence of any fake tan, make up or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other product and odours on the garment.

  • Please allow up to seven (7) working days, from receipt of item, for your return to be processed.
