Returns

Item(s) can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Buyer pays return shipping and will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the items to Milena_PR. It is advisable to return the package via a traceable postage service. Milena_PR will not be liable for any lost returns.
Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, shoe boxes.
Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Item(s) sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings, bralettes, jewellery, swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, unless they are faulty.
Please keep in mind refunds/exchange will not be granted on items on sale, or items purchased during a promotional period, unless in the event of a manufacturer's fault.
Please keep in mind 'damage' may include the presence of any fake tan, make up or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other product and odours on the garment.
Please allow up to seven (7) working days, from receipt of item, for your return to be processed.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Fill the return form online below

Enter your Name, Last Name, order number, email and short message with selected return item(s). You are responsible for the postage costs of your return, and you will need to get your own return labels at your local Australian Post Office.
Send us your parcel

You can get the label paid and printed at the post office.
We’ll process your return

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 3 - 7 business days of receiving the item(s), then email you once this is complete.

We reserve the right not to give you a refund, unless we are satisfied the item has not been worn and is not damaged (with the exception of manufacturing faults).
